    Alessandra Ambrosio - Diet Plan

    She cut out foods with refined sugar and cut down on carbohydrates. Ideally, she would have replaced simple carbs with complex carbs, but there’s no confirmation of that.

    A typical daily diet for Alessandra Ambrosio always begins with eggs for breakfast. When she’s cooking them herself, she scrambles them, but her favorite egg dish is eggs Benedict. Alessandra pairs her eggs with an English muffin, and sometimes a slice or two of bacon. We recommend turkey or soy bacon to cut down on the saturated fat. We’d also toss some fruit into this diet. Pears can help curb the appetite, because they contain a great deal of water.

    For lunch, Alessandra Ambrosio enjoys Japanese food, such as miso soup, a spicy tuna roll, and some salad. A typical dinner might be a chicken breast paired with vegetable soup, or a Malaysian dish featuring beef with noodles, paired with bread spread with curry sauce. Alessandra seems to prefer spicy foods. Those who would like to cut down on the salt in their diet, or avoid fattening, creamy sauces, could add some cayenne pepper and other spices to help jazz up a dish.

    Alessandra Ambrosio is a big fan of yoga. She does it regularly, and used it to help shed the extra pregnancy pounds. After giving birth, she also ramped up her cardio routine and started lifting weights and using resistance bands. When she’s working to get ready for a fashion show, Alessandra works with a physical trainer. She does circuit training that works key muscle groups to help get her figure more toned.

    HAIR

    1.       Blow-dry hair

    2.       Flip hair and spritz with hairspray all over, eighties-style.

    3.       Keep head flipped over and blow dry hair to add volume and texture.

    4.       Standing upright, wind small sections of hair around curling iron (used 1 1/2 barrel) but here’s the secret. Don’t curl the roots or ends of each section of hair, leave them straight. so start curling a couple of inches away from your roots and don’t wind the ends of the sections of hair around the barrel to make curls look less “done”

    5.       Comb fingers through your hair, scrunching hair at roots and fluffing ends.

    6.       TIP: for added texture of to freshen up the look, repeat steps two and three.

    MAKE-UP

    No look is complete without make-up. To keep with the grunge trend, you want to keep your make-up look natural. Use foundation to cover up redness or blemishes and let your moisturiser do the rest. Behati says she uses a cleanser and moisturiser from Dermalogica. for your eyes, Colleen creates an au naturel smoky looks with a wash of shimmery copper and peach eye shadow and applies all over Behati’s eyelids. then she lightly lines the eyes with M.A.C;s Eye Kohl Pencil in Teddy and applies a creamy blush from Smashbox in Untamed. The must-have mascara! Bare beauty Escentuals Flawless Definition, a new favourite of Colleen’s. she says it fluffs and defines lashes without overwhelming the rest of your face. for day time, colleen suggests wearing nude lips, but go for a bold red for a quick and sexy transition into a night-time look. - Adryanna Dillion

    Miranda Kerr Diet Plan: For Miranda Kerr (Victoria Secrets model), carbohydrates and healthy food with low fat and calories help lose weight and maintain the figure. Miranda Kerr’s diet plan has fruit salad with yogurt or muesli/ 2 slices of rye toast with avocado and boiled eggs for breakfast, almonds, green tea for snacks, tuna salad with crisp breads and water with lemon or dandelion tea for lunch and vegetable salad with tuna fish or roasted pumpkins and green tea with ginger for dinner. (Keep in mind she’s naturally thin!)
    Victoria Secrets models prefer having fresh fruits and vegetables than going for processed and oily food which will only add calories.

    Marisa Miller: Her breakfast has healthy food items such as yogurt, soy or almond milk, almonds, fruit salad, frozen organic fruits or protein shake. Her lunch and dinner has fresh vegetables, fruit or vegetables salad, tuna fish or spinach salad.

    To get the Victoria Secrets model figure, workout twice in a day, leave oily, processed or junk food, and have plenty of water. Protein shakes keep you active and provide nutrients to the body. Have food 3-4 hours before going to sleep and avoid over eating. Fill stomach and sleep adds to the body weight.

    Dietitian of Victoria’s Secret:

    Breakfast: Models eat old-fashioned oatmeal, egg whites, vegetables, cottage cheese and fruit, muesli and yogurt. “Models need to eat a good breakfast with carbohydrates, because they’re at castings all day”, says the dietitian of Victoria’s Secret

    Lunch: I suggest Salads at lunch with chicken and fish, with fruit for a healthy snack.

    Dinner: Dinner options include sashimi with brown rice, chicken, fish, turkey and vegetables.

    For the energy, a lot of models live on sugar. “I don’t mind them getting sugar from fruits like strawberries, boysenberries, blueberries, raspberries and pomegranate because they’re packed with antioxidants”, says the dietitian of Victoria’s Secret.

    I recommend to models to eat a little bit of dark chocolate or ice-cream twice a week, just so you don’t splurge and go overboard with chocolate, cookies and sugar.

    Giselle Bundchen: She believes that calcium is very important for her skin beauty that’s why she regularly use blue berries and orange juice in her daily breakfast, Gisele Bündchen lunch is very simple she drinks at least 3 glass of water with water melons or grapes. Her dinner is specially cooked by her Mexican cook that is mostly consist on beef rice and fried fish.

    Adriana Lima:

    Breakfast: Eats either egg whites, oatmeal and raisins, or muesli with plain yogurt for breakfast. Along with whatever she picks to eat, she has some coffee with skim milk in it.

    Lunch: A portion of any meat (Fish, Turkey, Beef) with some vegetables 

    Snacks: Raw veggies such as cucumber and carrots. She does indulge her sweet tooth with chocolate too! She also has a daily spoonful of raw honey explaining ‘it helps your immune system’

    Dinner: A small salad. She said she sleeps better at night she she eats light.

    Candice Work Out and Diet tips!

    Diet:

    Supermodel confesses that she loves to have a good breakfast with croissants, eggs, bacon. She also likes Brazilian bread. But these are her only guilty pleasures and she does not indulge herself too often. Candice not only follows quite strict diet but also travel and works a lot. She confesses that permanent stress and busy working days create a problem of putting weight on and getting muscles on. Having too much of work and constant traveling was actually the main reason of dramatic Candice’s weight loss this year. Another beauty secret is her balanced diet and very strict portion control. The model usually eats only that amount of food per meal that her palm may hold and the diet itself consists mostly of vegetables.

    Workout:

    Candice loves to wake up and start her day with active sports activities such as boxing. Victoria’s secret angel is obsessed with boxing as she believes that learning kickboxing not only helps in keeping her body tones but also helps to be strong and self-defensive. She also does a lot of resistance workout in the morning, at least 3 times a week.

    One of the secrets to Rosie’s fabulous body is the regular intake or drinking of water. According to the Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Diet, water revitalizes not only your skin but also your organs and it lessens your hunger pangs. Another secret of the Rosie Huntington Whiteley Diet is the consumption of proper and healthy foods such as vegetables and fruits.

    EAT THE RIGHT FOODS!

    They say Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so how about non-fat, high protein Greek yogurt with berries and low calorie oatmeal.  Eggs are good too, scrambled egg whites or a tasty frittata with peppers, cherry tomatoes and turkey bacon.

    Lunch could be a large delicious salad with lean protein, vegetables and nuts or black beans.  Just make sure you don’t overdo the dressing.

    As for Dinner meat with steamed vegetables and a baked potato is an excellent choice.

    Behati Prinsloo:

    Her diet is not completely without merit. Prinsloo has said that she likes to eat scrambled eggs, avocado and toast for breakfast. Eggs provide a low-calorie source of protein and may also protect you against breast cancer and macular degeneration. Avocados provide fiber, potassium, folic acid, vitamin E and vitamin B as well as heart-healthy oil. And toast, especially if made from whole grains, provides fiber.

    Candice Work Out plan!

    Candice Swanepoel Workout

    Abs:

    1. Lay on the ground with your legs bent and your feet flat. Do not pull from your arms, keep your focus on your abdominal muscles. Remember, this is an abdominal crunch not a sit up.

    2. Keep your abdominal muscles tight, neck straight and chest up.

    3. From your sternum, crunch your weight up and forward.

    4. Your lower back should remain flat on the ground at all times.

    5. Under control, lower your weight, stop just before your shoulders touch the ground and reverse the motion back up

    Legs:

    1. In a squat rack, take a barbell off of the rack by placing it squarely on your traps and shoulders (not the neck) and grip the bar comfortably with your hands a little wider than your shoulders.

    2. Carefully take a step or 2 back from the rack and get in a comfortable upright stance with your feet shoulder width apart or slightly wider. Your toes should be pointed slightly outward. They should NEVER be pointed inward.

    3. Focus your vision on something straight ahead and slightly above you. Do not tilt your head backwards, downwards or to the sides as this will disrupt your balance.

    4. Keeping your heels planted firmly on the floor and your back straight at all times, move your butt back and downward as though you were sitting in a chair behind you.

    5. When your thighs reach parallel to the floor, return to the starting position by extending your knees and hips and pushing

    Give the appearance of higher cheek bones!

    Things You’ll Need

    • Foundation
    • Bronzer or nude blush
    • Light shimmery blush
    • Large round make-up brush
    • Medium make-up brush
    • Make-up sponge

    Find a bronzer or blush that is slightly darker than your natural skin colour. Purchase a light, shimmery crème or powder blush for highlighting.

    1) Use foundation to even out your skin tone and cover any discolouration. Accentuating one feature works best when you are working from a uniform starting point. Apply the foundation with a sponge to ensure light coverage, then finish with powder.

    2) Apply the bronzer or nude blush to your cheeks just below your cheekbones using a large round make-up brush. Follow the line from the corner of your mouth to the top of your ear, pulling the brush away from your mouth with each stroke.

    3) Highlight your cheekbones with the light shimmery colour. Apply the colour to the most pronounced part of your cheekbone, just below the outside corner of your eye. Use a slightly smaller brush and blend the highlighting product in with circular motions.

    4) Gently blend the colours together where they meet, but maintain the separate colours. You want to create the illusion of high cheekbones, but don’t want obvious lines.

    Tips & Warnings

    Do not apply blush directly onto your cheekbones. Apply beneath cheekbones to lift them up.
